In order to solve the contradiction between the increasing business traffic and business productivity,Europe and other developed countries proposed the concept of Office Automation System(OA). OA is the combination between enterprise business logic and IT technology. OA is oriented to the daily operation and management of enterprises, not only convenient for the operation of employees and managers, but also improve the office efficiency of enterprise. With the continuous development of IT technology, OA has gradually undergone initial stage, development stage and promotion stages and become mature. At present, the daily work of enterprises increasingly rely on the office automation system.But with the deployment of 3G, 4G mobile network and the development of mobile phones, PAD and other mobile terminals in recent years, business office is gradually moving into the era of mobile. This brings new opportunities and challenges for the development of office automation system. Whether adapting to the mobile era or not will determine the fate of the office automation system. Mobile office is a new type of OA that uses 3G and other wireless network technology, migrates the traditional office automation systems to cell phones, Pad and other mobile terminals.This system is an attempt that transplants the OA to mobile phone. This paper analyzes and studies Office Automation System and related technologies of embedded systems, combines the traditional OA with mobile terminals, Simulates mobile phone development environment through Mini6410. Designed and implemented a mobile phone display platform of the Special Communication Bureau’s office automation system.The main work done in this paper is as follows:(1) Analysis and Research on the characteristics of the platform. Analysis thekey technologies and solutions of system development.(2)Use the Use Case Diagram, System level diagram, etc to analysis the system requirements from different perspectives. Introduce system requirements and system design process, analysis and design system hardware and software architecture, Draw system architecture and all module functions. Design system database, analysis data tables and data flow.(3) According to the results of requirements analysis, design and implement each module and sub-module functions. Build basic hardware environment, connect system hardware and test. Design and implement the software and system management interface.(4) Test the system, build hardware and software test environment. Design test cases, use black box to test module functions, analysis the test results.
