Research And Application Of Key Technologies In The Mobile Office System

As enterprises or government offices inside the range continues to expand,more and more work that the employees must have to do.The existing traditional way using office desktop computers,to some extent,improved the efficiency and accuracy of the work.However,due to the scope of work increasing and the workload increasing,the office business need to be diversify,more employees need unlimited time and place to work.Compared with mobile office and office desktop computer that traditional office model,mobile office has incomparable superiority.In this article,through analyzing the actual requirement of a sports bureau,developing a mobile office system that run in Windows Phones.It allows internal staff to quickly and easily share information efficiently work together to change the past,cumbersome,inefficient manual work,to achieve rapid and comprehensive information collection,management and decision-making to provide a scientific basis.Following major elements:1.In this paper,we analyze the requirement,system application requirements of the mobile office system;and from the perspective of function module framework,we analyze functional requirements this system,and extract the non-functional requirements,including practicability,security,stability,flexibility,and friendly interface.2.We adopt object-oriented technology,UML modeling,XML,Web Service technology,and server push technology to design and develope the mobile office system of a sports bureau,and give the summary design and detail design of the system,so that we can achieve the goal that employees can efficiently office at anytime.3.We do the functional testing,security testing and usability testing respectively.We analyze statistical results from the defect levels,defects and defect module the three priority areas.Summarize the various functions to meet user needs,reasonable structure,level of clarity,the system we developed is simple to use,have beautiful interface,can be put into use.
