Design And Implementation Of Management System For The Youth Center

By the strong supports from the Communist Youth League and the governments at all levels, by the help of Youth Palace Associations at all levels, Youth Center as an important agency of youth social education grows and develops constantly in recent years. The social educational functions and the meanings of education are more and more recognized by the society and win the higher praises.In recent years, with the development and improvement of the Youth Center educational environment, the hardware facilities and the school conditions, with the development and popularity of the education management informatization, the ideas and models of the education management as" network coordination office" are increasingly recognized, popularized and applied by the education agencies. The Youth Centers across the country urgently need the Youth Center management system, in order to enhance the Youth Center in teaching quality management and scientific decision-making ability. It is in this background, Based on the Shanghai Youth center's on-the-spot research and its needs analysis, this paper studied the design and implementation of the Youth Center'management system.The system is based on Microsoft ASP.NET MVC framework design to achieve five functional systems such as Centre office management system, training management system, event management system, venue management system, home management system. The system has already achieved Office Automation (OA) and Management Information System (MIS). Through the internal information resource sharing, business process reengineering, Youth Centre enhance the level of business management, efficiency and scientific decision-making capacity, improve the overall quality and competitiveness of the youth center.This paper analyzes the requirements and business process management in the the informatization construction of a Youth Center, and puts forward the design and method of the system.
