Design And Implementation Of Secondary Vocational Education Enrollment Information System

Education informatization is a new concept that been brought out with information highway construction in the 1990s. It refers to the modern education technology, comprehensive intellectualized education system reform and promoting the development, make it suit to the new knowledge economy education. As the network development technology unceasing improvement, online e-government safety continuous enhancement, and the available computer hardware to visit the high load rise ceaselessly, the support ability of recruit students of the future development of online admissions, online marking system, enrollment information management platform is an inevitable trend.In recent years, universities and colleges enrollment system has emerged. However, due to mid-occupation enrollment system has some special points when compare to common universities and colleges enrollment system, such as, entrance score lines is dynamic, a wide range of enrollment type, etc., and common universities and colleges enrollment system does not apply to i mid-occupation enrollment. To solve this problem, we propose a suitable information system in mid-occupation enrollment, which could suit to custom configuration of business processes and constraints, making the admissions staff in a timely manner according to changes in the external environment to adjust to meet real business needs.In this paper, we discussed the design and implementation process, and acquired the requirement analysis, proposed the goal of building the system and mode of system running. Also, technical requirements of the project selection and system architecture design are introduced. Then, we made a detailed description of design and implementation about the key functions of the system, and business process modeling technology into the mid-occupation enrollment system, so that the system has a certain dynamic, able to adapt to the dynamic change process. Finally, we conduct a comprehensive summary of the results, and pointed out the direction of the deficiencies and improving.
