With the deepening of higher education reform and in order to meet the school's growing size,to realize the standardization and automation of lab management and to reduce labor intensity and improve the quality and level of lab management, this thesis,on the basis of the author's practical work experience, describes lab management system design and implementation with the use of ADO.NET and B/S structure technology in ASP.NET platform. This project includes the integrated use of NET platform,B/S structure, database development and network security and tries to build a practical, fully functional lab management information system in the university. The project focuses on achieving business needs system in order to realize fast acquisition, processing and output of information. In addition, it tries to optimize database design and propose security system design on the WEB environmental system. Finally, according to the characteristics of the host university,it puts forward a more complete lab management system modules, including experiments management, funds management, security education management and user management modules. And it tries to analyse these modules and to improve system design, database modeling design, system function module design and system security design. After the author's efforts to finish the preliminary system test,it is found that the interface is easy and the efficiency and security are high. The access on the campus can be achieved through the VPN. In short,it achieves the target set before.
