With the development of science technology,the emerging teaching technology of virtual reality are playing the more and more important role in the education system of our country,as for the increasing number of educate,the traditional education resources comparatively fell short, esp.for the medical college.The virtual instrumentation instruction must be further developed and improved.In the virtual instrumentation instruction,which is mainly based on computer,the learners make a high request on the friability interactivity,activity and authenticity in the visualization learning.The shortcoming of instrument,experiment spot, maintance cost and the weekness of interactivity and activity made the medical college seek out new experiment means.With the advantage of flexibility of interactivity and simplicity of hardware,the virtual instrumentation technology is in well with experiment instruction and become the important media technology for the visualization learning.However,the technology is still underdeveloped, the tools relating to develop the technology are to be mature and some Gordian technique awaits solutions.This status quo resulted in the dimness of conception,barrier to technology,the range of application varied dispersedly in the application process.Some researchers and institutions have done fruitful research work,but there is still a long way to cover to solve the problems.This thesis discussed the relative issues on the application of virtual instrumentation in the experiment education in the three aspects.Firtly, on the basis of the definition and history of virtual instrumentation technology,it provide the understanding of virtual instrumentation technology in the perspective of experiment instruction.Secondly,it analyse the connotation of virtual cognition and the relationship between the Desk-top Virtual Reality and the learning theories,those are as following,behaviorism,constructionist and humanism.Thirdly.it technically put forward the application schemes and the general design idea.Finally,it practically come up with the type of virtual instrumentation technology,then design and develop a case based on the virtual experiment of electrocardiograph(ECG),also carry out the formative assessment In the closing part,the thesis analyze the specialty and innovation and pointed out the trend of research in the future.
