Measurement is necessary during manufacture of HIC products, that is to say, in the whole process flow of integration from various components (resistors, capacitors, inductors and IC chips) into final parts. This paper describes a typical circuits and its measuring methods. At the same time, the designated procedures and application flowchart of Virtual Instrument technology in HIC circuits measurement is studied.This paper introduces the concept, structure and classification of virtual instruments, with a detailed description of virtual instruments software design tools. Aimed at the test requirements of hybrid Ices, the paper also focuses on the description of PCI bus module Instruments, and GPIB program-controlled instruments.Combined with the specific test requirements of hybrid Ice, in particular, Slope Waveform Generation IC; the paper applies the following instruments and peripherals: the selected card instruments includes Arbitrary Waveform Generator Card (PCI-5411), Dual-channel Oscillograph Card (PCI-5122), Multimeter Card (PCI-4060) and Digital I/O Card, here the Programmable Sources (Agilent E3649A) is chosen for the GPIB program-controlled instrument.It describes the functions and parameters of these instruments, its working principle and the practical application of these instruments. Based on this, it talks about the electrical functions and measurement parameters of Slope-waveform Generation IC, to be specific, the following technical indexes: tests and measurements of Linearity and Functional waves.According to the measuring requirements, the relevant virtual instruments measurement systems has been formed, including hardware and software development. This set of virtual instruments are capable of linearity measurements and calculation, also meet the needs of its usage and measurement.
