Wirelss Data Transmission Application Research In Mining Pressure Monitoring

To adapt to the construction of intensive and efficient mine, yield capacity of the mechanized mining face needs to be improved, reliability of the production system on the working face also needs to be further strengthened. Mechanized mining pressure monitoring technology and equipment must adapt to new developments. To achieve automation of the mine pressure monitoring, reliable transmission of the collected data must be solved. With the rapid development of science and technology, wireless communication has become an important development direction of electronic technology. This article will introduce in detail the application design of wireless data transmission in the aspect of mine pressure monitoring. In order to optimize the design, microprocessor P89LPC935, with its powerful processing capabilities and low power consumption, is adopted to increase processing speed, and together with wireless data transmission module nRF905, wireless data transmission system is constituted.Virtual Instrument represents a new development direction of today's devices, PC Engine Management System adopts LabVIEW software design, ACCESS database is adopted to store data. Test results for the system function shows that the monitoring system realizes such goals as small size, low power consumption, reliable data transmission and strong anti-jamming capability, thus to provide strong guarantee for safe coal production, with certain economic benefits and significant social benefits. Meanwhile the system can be well applied to occasions like wireless data collection and other short-range wireless data transmission.
