The Research Of Integratione About Electric Energy Data Acquisition

Nowadays China's power industry is booming, and power enterprises'operation is commercialized, and power industry management is gradually improved by regularization and market mechanism. However most power marketing department mainly depends upon manpower work to perform metering, data acquisition. The information transmission and control method is out of date. Data process and processing means are also backward. That leads to many problems such as more man power, low efficiency, bad accuracy and long cycle, and it is hard to suit power industry's development and customer's requirement.In this dissertation the necessity and feasibility of power consuming data acquisition integrative construction are summarized by analysis of status in quo of power consuming data acquisition and analysis of its specialty, which is based on power supply enterprises' current situation and tasks. Based on domestic and foreign research status in quo of power consuming data acquisition, and summarization of a project of inner Mongolia east power grid company's power consuming data acquisition construction, integral design principle and specific design solution are proposed by improving shortage of power consuming data acquisition and management system application. By principles of unified leadership, unified planning, unified standards, unified organization and implementation, fully utilizing technology of power consuming data acquisition optimizing and reorganizing business process, integrating information resources, technology of power consuming data acquisition is combined with "SG186",SCADA,FMIS,ERP,PMIS, and GIS etc., power consuming data acquisition and management system achieve "total covering", "total acquisition","total fee control", and the integrative platform of power consuming acquisition is constructed,which realize mutual intelligent interaction between power grid and customers. Finally several pieces of advice of attentions are proposed for power supply enterprises, that assure power supply company's business going with higher efficiency and smoothly, and enhance company's resilience and competitiveness.By constructing new relationship between power consuming and supplying that realize real time interaction of power stream,information stream, and business stream between power grid and customers, intelligent support is provided for enterprises operation analysis and decision, information infrastructure is provided for intelligent mutual interaction services, strong intelligent power grid with informationization,automation, digitalization and interaction is constructed to realize developing target of marketing modernization.
