At present, China’s smart grid construction has already started. To provide customers with value-added services, improve customer service and satisfaction, expand the service field and content, are the goals of intelligent construction of the power marketing. China needs to establish a setup which contains the design of the demand side data acquisition and the system of operation effect evaluation of energy utilization efficiency. The power company carries out electric acquisition and efficiency evaluation projects, not only can reduce the dispute in the implementation project of the energy efficiency, improve the relationship with the terminal user, expand the power market, but also can promote the potential implementation of energy saving project.After years of development, electric energy acquisition and analysis system gradually changes into a comprehensive application system of control testing and management functions. System needs to satisfy the following functions: electricity information collection timely; concentration monitoring of power load, electric power information service and analysis of energy efficiency service; strengthening the interfaces with other systems, realize the information sharing. Acquisition terminal, communication network, front acquisition platform, electricity information collection business and real-time database constitute the electric energy acquisition and analysis system.Through the studying of the electric energy acquisition and analysis system, combined with the current situation of the development of the system, this paper proposed to establish a system which can collect information from all of the end user, monitor and control the energy load, analyse the data, make market decision.Finally build an information sharing, normal operation, scientific and standardized electric data acquisition and energy efficiency analysis platform.This research has the following aspects:Explains the system requirements, design, implementation; plans technical architecture, business functionality, network architecture; describes the data and file management system, front collection service modules.This paper focuses on requirements analysis, system design and coding of the data collection management and front collection service. Among these models, the front collection service uses java multi-thread and asynchronous communication design, solves the high concurrency access and high processing problems.Finally, the paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of this system. System is compatible with different communication protocols, supplies high-speed network data communication and the real-time processing of large capacity data, ensures data security and reliability, and improves the overall performance of the system.
