Shop Floor Manufacturing Planning And Scheduling Production And Implementation Of Systems Research And Design

Along with the change of market environment, enterprise's competition intensifies day by day. The adoption of modern manage technology becomes the key for enterprise development. For the executive layer between planning layer and workshop controlling layer, Manufacturing Execution System realizes the closely connection between workshop control and the superior plans. It can direct the production effectively, reduce cost, and enhance the benefits of enterprise. So it is the absolutely necessary information system for workshop. As the core function of MES, plan scheduling of workshop task is the important and necessary function of workshop management. Its basic task is to balance the production elements, such as materials, equipment, information, and so on. Then the production activities in enterprise can get a unified guiding, resources can be allocated reasonably, and production benefits can be maximized by less cost.In this thesis, firstly, the development and function of MES were summarized, and based on the analysis of mould production flow, MES function frame and Plan scheduling model of workshop task were constructed; Secondly, the design of plan scheduling system and the content of scheduling technology were discussed in details; Finally, through the research of the key technology above, and with the help of project "MES designing and exploitation" of FT mould corporation in Wei Fang, this paper constructs and realizes the plan scheduling and execution system based on optimizing scheduling.This paper applies advanced language and technology, such as Power builder9.0 Java and 0racle92, and exploits stable and safe plan scheduling and execution system of work flop.
