As the saying goes,"interest is the best teacher". That's to say, it will help us a lot if we have interest when doing things. It can help us to gain twice the result with half the effort even not great success at large. In this paper, although the participant had interest in learning physics, he still didn't do well in it. Or rather, it's so bad that he didn't know the basic formulas well and can't do the exercise correctly in the text book. In this research, the author studied the participant through questionnaire survey, interview, observation and object collection. Then we presented the relevant factors that influenced the participant's study effect as far as possible, and tried to sum up the cause for his learning disabilities in physics. At first, the researcher tried to know about the participant by making-up lessons and questionnaire survey. On the base of these, interview and observation were carried on. In addition, the researcher collected the participant's relevant objects and interviewed to the people around including his teachers, classmates and parents. All these are supplements and proofs to the information the participant provided. Finally, according to the analysis of all the collected data, the researcher induced reasons that caused the participant's learning disabilities in physics. There are three parts in this paper. First, we reviewed the origin and development of learning disabilities at home and abroad. Second, we designed the process of this research including the definition of learning disabilities, the selection of participant, data collection and the research conclusion. Third, the researcher reflected the whole research process, and proposed the future research directions.
