As an important group in the human society, children’s development andeducation are directly related to the progresses of the family, the country, the society,and the world, however there is a significant proportion of the children with learningdisabilities. To explore the causes of learning disabilities, and then to intervene andsolve are important for promoting the healthy development of children, enriching thecontent of social work and advancing the social work practice.In this study, the family environment, the school environment, the socialenvironment etc. were analyzed by the environment systems theory, the detailedcauses of learning disabilities were found; the intervention model for children withlearning disabilities was established based on the eco-environment systems theory. Weimproved the parent-child relationship and the teacher-student relationship for theservice object, changed the philosophy of education and the rearing styles of herparents through the key family link by means of observation, interview, actionresearch and narrative therapy and other methods in specific situations; based on these,we interfered with her psychology, behavior and cognition starting from heradvantage, and as a result, the client’s self-confidence has been enhanced, the interestin learning has been mobilized, the motivation in learning has been excited, thelearning ability and learning strategies have been improved, her academicperformance; as a matter of course, the academic performance of the service objecthas been improved, the mismatch between her academic achievement and intellectuallevel has been reversed.
