A problem that disturbs every country in the world is students'disabilities in learning. It exists in each subject,including physics. Due to the significant role that physics plays in student development and social Progress, how to solve this problem in physics learning disabilities becomes a major task for most teachers. For the high school students, Physics in junior middle school which was just learned is simple and specific. However, physics in high school which is learning tends to be much more complicated and abstraction. It is obvious that there are great differences between this two learning period, which make it difficult for the high school students to adjust themselves to this subject, so physics learning disabilities appears in senior students easily.Through analyzing the previous researches on learning disability, especially physics learning disability, the foundation of the essay was laid. A survey on learning physics in the first year of high school has been conducted among the senior students in No.1 High School of Niulanshan and experimental school of No.1 High School of Niulanshan. Having analyzing findings from the survey cautiously, the causes of the senior students'learning disabilities in physics are found in intellectual factors, non intellectual factors and external environment factors: cognitive structure and metacognitive deficiencies, inadequacy of thinking, lack of learning interest, inappropriate learning methods and weak learning perseverance.To the guidance of the new curriculum, take the above factors and the characteristics of physics itself, the author proposed the following transforming strategies: 1.design the teaching link meticulously, make the student cognition structure perfect; 2.pay attention to the student metacognition , enhance self-learning, improve the level of learning sruategies; 3.make the inadequacy of thinking source clearly, train student a good habit of mind; 4.use appropriate teaching methods, arouse the students interest in learning; 5.temper the students learning will, promote the individual will quality.
