Currently, about "learning disabilities" study, domestic researchers are keen on "survey-concluded-to make recommendations" model. Through questionnaires, case interviews, field observations and so on, researchers collect data, and then finish summing up the causes of "learning disabilities", and finally put forward its own proposals on the treatment of "learning disabilities".On the surface, such a "research model", with high promotional value, is commonly used quantitative research methods. But for the "learning disabilities" which is such a complex, personalized group, only through questionnaires and case study interviews with such superficial means, or short-term(or even sporadic)field observations, it would be difficult to see the essence of students with learning disabilities. Moreover, researchers have made "recommendations" which are basically from the causes in the derivation out. There is very little empirical research on these proposals, Meanwhile, the teachers who are in the real direct contact with students with "learning disabilities" pay little attention to " underachievers " orthodontic problems. Because of a variety of reasons. Especially in rural schools, large classes, lack of good teachers, a large proportion of left-behind children and other issues make the "Students with learning disabilities" problems get little necessary attention. This will inevitably make "Students with learning disabilities" problems not be substantially improved.In this paper, Xu and Hu, two "Students with learning disabilities" make a team, This action research conducted nearly three months. In the secondary they get rid of "learning disabilities". At the same time, I summarize some experience on converting Students with learning disabilities". Studies have shown that pure knowledge on counseling and more attention from teachers indeed allows students in a short time to get rid of "learning disabilities", but in the long run, unless the students themselves have a strong motivation to learn more, otherwise, when the external attention dis-pears, it is possible for the students to get into "learning disabilities" again. In other words, motivation is a major factor for the formation of "learning disabilities".For the study, every conversation is recorded and the typical parts of a representative recording material are selected, and the material is shown in the form of research journal lists in order to provide convenience to the colleagues who are interested in it for further research.
