In today's information-based society, "all-in-one-cards" have been widely used in all areas of people's lives. Along with the implementation of campus -all-in-one-card" in universities, primary and secondary schools also joined in the ranks .But in primary and secondary schools, campus- all-in-one-card is not been highly respected and lack of perfect proposal of project management in practice. The implementation comes into dilemma. It is hoped that in this paper the research of progress management of campus all-in-one-card project in primary schools of Qingdao Shi'nan District can provide reference for other districts and cities during the work of implementation.The research of the thesis is based on the knowledge of project management, scheduled plan and control and takes the methods of bibliographic search, logical reasoning, system analysis, theory and practice combining and so on.The thesis takes campus- all-in-one-card project schedule management in primary schools of Qingdao Shi'nan District as a specific case, combining domestic and international project management methods, applying project management theory to discuss schedule management methods and other issues of campus all-in-one-card project. It mainly includes the following contents,Part one is an introduction, mainly introducing the background and significance of this project research, analyzing the current statuses and existing problems of campus-all-in-one-card, at the same time introducing research contents, methods and current statuses home and abroad.Part two is a summary of project schedule management, mainly elaborating the concepts of project progress management, contents and methods from theory aspect, and listing the theoretical summary of project progress schedule and control one by one. The aim to study this chapter is to establish a theoretical basis and to find guidance of campus-all-in-one-card project progress management in methods.Part three is about the range of campus-all-in-one-card project in primary schools of Qingdao Shi'nan District. which mainly through analyzing the general situation of this project, to fix the range of the project, the required resource, the expected complementation stages and make network planning charts. It elaborates the project range in details .by integrating theory with practice.Part four is about the progress schedule of the campus-all-in-one-card project in primary schools of Qingdao Shi'nan District. It uses the relative theory to make feasible schedule plans and gives guidance to finish within scheduled time for this project.Part five is about the progress control of campus-all-in-one-card project in primary schools of Qingdao Shi'nan district. It is mainly to analyze the factors that affect the project schedule control and then to analyze the existing problems and propose solutions.Part six is conclusions and expectations. It makes a conclusion of project progress planning and schedule controlling when it is carried out, applied and needs to be improved in practice. And it also makes a prospect for the existing shortcomings, future research directions and ideas.
