Applicable Study On Progress Management Of Fixed Assets Inventory Project Of The Universities In Inner Mongolia

Fixed assets inventory is a very important measure to understand the fixed assets of colleges and universities.The progress management of the fixed assets inventory of colleges and universities reflects the ability of project task decomposition,time scheduling and resource allocation.The application research on the progress management of the fixed assets inventory in colleges and universities can also reflect the level of fixed asset management in colleges and universities.However,due to improper setting of fixed assets organization,uneven comprehensive ability of project members,imperfect systems and the implementation not in place and low utilization efficiency of inventory tools,there are various difficulties and the risk of lagging behind in the implementation of the fixed assets inventory project.In the end,universities cannot complete the inventory project in the timeframe in a comprehensive and high-quality way according to the requirements of the inventory project.This paper carries out the application investigation of the progress management of the fixed assets inventory of colleges and universities,from the aspects of task breaking down,preparing task list,task time estimation,work network establishment,critical path calculation,schedule adjustment and optimization,progress control of the fixed assets inventory of colleges and universities.The topic of this paper comes from the inventory project of administrative institutions and state-owned assets of the whole province conducted by Inner Mongolia Finance Department.The fixed assets inventory of 8 universities in Inner Mongolia is selected as the actual research objects.A questionnaire survey is carried out.Statistical investigation is conducted from inventory projects' team members,system construction,and inventory tools,pre-work and other aspects.Interviews are conducted with the leaders of 10 projects in 8 universities.Problems occurring in inventory project are analyzed and pertinent countermeasures are proposed.This paper applied countermeasures for the lagging progress of inventory project in the fixed assets inventory of colleges and universities,combining with the method of progress management.The progress plan and process of the fixed assets inventory of colleges and universities are prepared.Compression and concurrent construction methods are used to optimize progress plan.In the implementation of progress plan,the reward and punishment system,data updating system and regular meeting system are adopted to control the progress of fixed assets inventory.Define the scope of deviating tasks and countermeasures are proposed for lagging progress,which allows the fixed assets inventory project in colleges and universities to be completed in the stipulated time.
