Meridians Of Asthma Thread Burying Model Rats IL-4 Such Impact Experimental Study

Objective:To observe the symptoms of asthma rats model and the effects of IL-4,IgE,EOS through different intervention methods. Make sure acupoint catgut embedding could improve asthma rats'symptoms and the change of cytokines, which provide a theoretical basis for treating asthma. Method:(1) The establishment of rat model of asthma rats: Wistar rats will be 48 immediately into normal controls, model control group, acupuncture group, meridian buried, each group 12 only quad. Besides the normal control group, 10% of intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin suspension 1ml in the first day and the eighth day (containing 100mg of egg protein and 100mg of aluminum hydroxide powder). Gave 1% ovalbumin inhalation induced in the fifteen days, once a day, every 20 minutes a time, a total of 14 days, until the rats had irritability, shortness of breath, abdominal muscle spasm, incontinence and other symptoms of bronchial asthma. (2) Meridians buried were given acupuncture group quad and to da zhui, lung yu hole hole, after thread burying and acupuncture intervention, normal controls and model control group with the meridian quad is given only to the same grab and buried fixed, received treatment for 6 weeks. Observe the peripheral blood serum IL-4, IgE levels, count the number of peripheral blood EOS and inflammatory infiltration in lung tissue sections directly by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Result: General situation and rats histopathologic change tip asthma model replicates success, with normal rcpmaj, model control group serum IL - 4, IgE content increased (p < 0.05). Rat models of asthma in improving general situation, pathological changes and the result of cell factors content see: each role in treatment group compared with model control group significantly (p < 0.05), compare integratedly, buried the therapeutic effect of acupuncture quad are obvious, buried in reducing EOS aspects with acupuncture quad no obvious difference acupuncture group (p = 0.05).Conclusion:(1) Acupoint buried line can effectively reduce the IL - 4 content, but with acupuncture in reducing EOS flat hint meridians effect can replace the thread burying acupuncture treatment. (2) Acupoint buried line could obviously decrease IgE content and improve asthma symptoms. (3) Acupoint buried line effectively improve inflammatory infiltration of lung tissue, can make asthma symptoms improved obviously.
