Objective:Through the observation of catgut embedding therapy on allergic asthma rat alveolar irrigation in BALF eosinophil eosinophil count(EOS), and the effects of IL-12 on CD4 ~+ and CD8 ~+ T lymphocytes in spleen of quantity and ratio and blood of catgut embedding therapy effect mechanism for the treatment of allergic asthma. Methods: Healthy adult male SD rats were 60, random divided into blank control group(A group), model group(B group), pseudo catgut enbeding group(C group), catgut embedding therapy group(D group) fore groups, model group, acupuncture group and catgut embedding therapy group established rat model of allergic asthma, of catgut embedding catgut embedding treatment, acupuncture group acupuncture treatment, two groups in 7 days after treatment, the indexes observed five groups of rats alveolar perfusion changes in the number of EOS in the lotion, and spleen CD4 ~+, CD8 ~+ T cells, the number and the ratio of changes and the detection results were statistically analyzed. The blank control group, saline control group and model group was not treated with other crawling, catgut embedding therapy group received the same treatment.Results:(1) Respiratory frequency of rats: group B and group a compared,(P < 0.05), with statistical difference; group C and group B compared with(P > 0.05), no statistical difference; group D and group B were compared,(P < 0.05), with statistical difference;group D and group C compared, P < 0.05, with statistical difference;(2) Rats alveolar irrigation fluid EOS count: B group and a group(P < 0.05),significant difference; group C compared with group B,(P > 0.05), no statistically significant difference; group D and group B(P < 0.05), significant difference; D group and C group,(P < 0.05), significant difference;(3) Rats spleen CD4~+ counts: B group and a group(P < 0.05), significant difference;group C and group B(P < 0.05), significant difference; group D and group B(P < 0.05),significant difference; D group and C group,(P < 0.05), significant difference;(4) Rats spleen CD8~+ counts: B group and a group(P < 0.05), significant difference;group C and group B(P < 0.05), significant difference; group D and group B(P < 0.05),significant difference; D group and C group,(P < 0.05), significant difference;(5) Rats spleen CD4~+ and CD8~+ T lymphocyte ratio changes: B group and a group(P< 0.05), significant difference; group C and group B(P < 0.05), significant difference;group D and group B(P < 0.05), significant difference; D group and C group(P < 0.05),significant difference;(6) Rats blood IL-12: B group and a group(P < 0.05), significant difference; group C and group B(P < 0.05), significant difference; group D and group B(P < 0.05), significant difference; D group and C group(P < 0.05), statistical difference.Conclusion:(1) Catgut embedding therapy may be by reducing the infiltration of eosinophils, reducing its airway inflammation, airway hyperresponsiveness and delayed reaction of the key effector cells, so as to improve asthma symptoms, so as to achieve the purpose of treatment;(2) Catgut embedding therapy may be adjusted by CD4 ~+, CD8 ~+ and the ratio of stable were used to promote the recovery of cellular immune function, so as to improve asthma symptoms, so as to achieve the purpose of treatment.(3) Catgut embedding therapy may be regulated by IL-12 and regulating cell immunity, thus improving the body immunity, to achieve the purpose of treating allergic asthma;(4) Catgut embedding therapy may through the structure and morphology of improvement and repair cells, restore cell physiological function, promote cell regeneration, downregulate inflammatory responses, and is effective for the treatment of allergic asthma.(5) Catgut embedding has preventive effects on intervention in the treatment of allergic asthma.
