Effect Of Acupoint Catgut Embedding On IL-4?IgE Of Allergic Asthma Model Rats

Model group around the bronchial mucosal inflammatory cell infiltration,thickening of airway smooth muscle,structure disorder;Lung alveoli diffuse inflammatory cells infiltration,the lung tissue edema, structure disorder; acupuncture group bronchus capillary expansion,bronchial mucosal inflammatory cells infiltration,thickening of smooth muscle,lung inflammatory cells infiltration,alveolar hemorrhage,inflammatory cells infiltration around blood vessels;Do not see buried quad bronchial unusual,between lung inflammatory cells infiltration, inflammatory cells infiltration around the blood vessels,are no exception. Points embedded wire group bury quad and acupuncture group after intervention,bronchus and lung tissue were significantly reduce inflammatory cells infiltration.4.On cytokines,model group content of IL-4 more than the normal control group,the difference was statiatically significant(P < 0.05); Compared with model group, Points embedded wire group and acupuncture group IL-4 content are decreased, the difference was statiatically significant(P < 0.05); Points embedded wire group compared with acupuncture group, points embedded wire group IL-4 content are decreased, the difference was statiatically significant(P < 0.05); Results suggest that after treatment, Points embedded wire and acupuncture can reduce the expression of IL-4,and Points embedded wire in terms of reducing IL-4 content is better than acupuncture group.5. IgE level.Model group IgE content moer than the normal control group,the difference was statiatically significant(P < 0.05); points embedded wire group and acupuncture group,respectively,compared with model group, IgE levels decreased significantly, the difference was statiatically significant(P<0.05);and points embedded wire group compared with acupuncture group,the former IgE content is less than the latter,the difference was statiatically significant(P<0.05);results suggest that after treatment,Points embedded wire and acupuncture can reduce the expression of IgE,and acupuncture in reducing IgE content effect is not as good as points embedded wire.Conclusion:1. Points embedded wire and acupuncture can relieve allergic asthma rat lung tissuepathology,and the former to asthma rat lung tissue inflammation cells infiltration better than the latter.2. Points embedded wire of feishu?tanzhong has a ideal control asthma effect.The mechnism is reduce the expression of IL-4 and IgE.3. Points embedded wire in asthma therapy in reducing the content of serum IL-4 and IgE better than acupuncture group.
