Clinical Study Of Soothing The Liver Dissipation Blood Stasis Cholagogic For Treating Chronic Cholecystitis Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the curative effect of soothing the liver dissipation blood stasis cholagogic for treating chronic cholecystitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis, provide more reference for Clinical treatment.Methods:Selected 60 outpatients diagnosed as chronic cholecystitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis.the patients were randomly divided into two groups. Each group has 30 patients. Control group oral danshucapsule. Treatment group were treated with soothing the liver dissipation blood stasis cholagogic decoction. Two groups of patients are in 4 weeks for a course. After a course of treatment, Patients were observed and compared the clinical efficacy of treatment, imaging findings and major symptom score.Results:①Treatment group and control group total effective of syndrome was 96.67%,70.00%. The difference between groups have statistically significant (p<0.05).②After treatment, the main symptom scores and radiographic results were improved. The treatment group is better than the control group (p<0.05).Conclusions:Soothing the liver dissipation blood stasis cholagogic can obviously ease qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome patients with chronic cholecystitis for clinical symptoms. Soothing the liver dissipation blood stasis cholagogic can significantly reduce the severity of the patients observing with b-sonography.
