1 Objective: Objective:the purpose of this study is to know what changes of anxiety and depression and the espression of inflammatory cytokings(IL-2 and IL-8and IL-10 and TNF-?) in the patients who have Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(Sequelae of PID) of qi stagnation and blood stasis by the ttrertment of Ge Xia Zhuyu Decoction, to investigate the clinical effect and analyze its therapeutic mechanism2 Methods We selected 80 Outpatients and inpatients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. from November 2014 to November 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University Among them there are 28 people aged 20 to 29,24 people aged 30 to34,24 people aged 35 to 45;there was 21 people with The course of disease tin 6 months and years,21 people from 1 months to1 years,16 people 1 years above 3 years,23 people 3 to 5 years;Patients were randomly assigned by 1:1 proportion.,and devided them randomly into treatment group(20cases, treated with Ge Xia Zhuyu Decoction combined Wild chrysanthemum Tongluo particles enema retention enema and control group(40cases, treated with western medicine combined ultrashort wave therapy) Synthetic effect?TCM Syndrome?Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after the treatment.Meanwhile observe the levels of the inflammatory cytokines IL-1 and IL-8and IL-10 and TNF-? and the Adverse aboce psychological mood.3 Results After treatment, the results showed: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were respectively: 85.0% in the treatment group, 82.5% in the control group, so the treatment group was better than the control group. There existed significantly different between two groups(P<0.01). In the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect, The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were: 95% and 90% respectively. So the treatment group was better than the control group. There existed significantly different between two groups(P<0.01). The efficacy of the control group also had significant difference(P<0.05).; Two groups of cases after treatment of TCM syndrome integral aspect, There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the control group was higher than the treatment group(P<0.05).The control group after treatment was lower than before,. The overall scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).so the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05).In terms of anxiety and depression, the difference between the two groups was not significant before treatmen. After treatment, the levels of depression and anxiety were significantly decreased in the two groups(p<0.05). The degree of decline in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group. In the inflammatory cytokine IL-8, IL-10 IL-1, TNF-a, the levels of cytokines in the treatment group were better than those in the control group after treatment,(p<0.05).The espression related cytokine(IL-1and IL-8) in control group are lower than treatment group.after treatment, The espression related cytokine(IL-1and IL-8) in Treatment group are lower than control group while IL-10 higher than control group(P<0.05)..after treatment. There was no statistical significance in the TNF-?(P>0.05), There is no significant adverse reactions during the process of treatment.4 Conclusion Ge Xia Zhuyu Decoction combined traditional Chinese medicine enema is effective and safe in treating CPID of qi stagnation and blood stasis.
