To Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of Huoxue Tongluo Therapy On Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Sudden Deafness

Objective: Observation method of Huoxue Tongluo Huoxue Tongqiao Decoction on sudden deafness patients with hearing and tinnitus adjuvant therapy clinical efficacy.Clear of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with the therapeutic effect on sudden deafness,and explore a new way for the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods: 60 patients(72ears)which belonged to TCM qi stagnation and blood stasis type sudden deafness from March 2015 to March 2016 in the ear-nose-throat department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi College of traditional Chinese medicine cases were randomly divided into 2 groups in accordance with the order of admission which met the inclusion criteria,30cases(37 ears)of which were in the observation group and 30 cases(35 ears)in the control group.The control group was treated with Ginkgo biloba extract70 mg,vitamin B1 injection 100 mg,vitamin B12 injection 500 ug treatment,15 mg dexamethasone and tapering,Mecobalamin tablets 0.5mg,and the treatment were 10 days.The observation group were treated with Huoxue Tongqiao oral adjuvant therapy based on the control group,s treatment.Two groups were treated for 10 days,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed.And the results were recorded and statistical analysis of data.Data were analyzed by statistical software.Results: The total effective rate of deafness treatment group was 78.38%,and the control group was 66.67%.Two treatment group the total efficiency by rank sum test p=0.038<0.05.The effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference has statistical significance.The total efficiency of the tinnitus treatment group was 70.27%,and the control group was 65.71%.The treatment in the two groups total efficiency by rank sum test p=0.005<0.05.The effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion(s):Huoxue Tongqiao recipe adjuvant therapy can significantly improve the effect of qi stagnation and blood stasis in patients with sudden deafness hearing and tinnitus.
