Clinical Observation On Treating Chronic Cholecystitis Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome By Si Jin Decotion

Objective: By observing the Clinical effect of Si jin decotion on qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome chronic cholecystitis,to provide the basis for the treatment of qi Stagnation and blood stasis type chronic cholecystitis.Methods: 60 patients of qi Stagnation and blood stasis syndrome chronic cholecystitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.Control group was given Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules treatment,the treatment group was given Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules treatment and Si jin decotion therapy.After 4 weeks treatment,we observed the effectiveness of the two groups after treatment,ultrasound to improve the situation and the change of the two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms integral.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.66%,and the control group was 75.86%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group,the statistical analysis with a statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)The TCM syndrome total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.10%,and the control group was 79.31%,the TCM syndrome total efficiency of the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference has statistical significant(P<0.05);(3)After treatment,the score of right upper quadrant pain or discomfort in treatment group was 1.06±0.45,the control group was 1.52±0.59,the treatment group of right upper quadrant pain or discomfort score was lower than the control group,the difference has statistical significant(P<0.05);The score of nausea belching in treatment group was 0.84±0.25,the control group was 1.48±0.31,the treatment group of nausea belching score was lower than the control group,the difference has statistical significant(P<0.05);The score of abdominal distension after eating food in treatment group was 1.03±0.33,the control group was 1.87±0.42.The treatment group of abdominal distension after eating food score was lower than the control group,the difference has statistical significant(P<0.05);The score of the gallbladder area tenderness or percussion pain in treatment group was 0.53±0.12,the control group was 1.07±0.23,the treatment group of gallbladder area tenderness or taps pain score was lower than the control group,the difference has statistical significant(P<0.05).The score of bitter taste and throat-drying in treatment group was 0.54±0.20,the control group was 1.62±0.42.the treatment group of bitter taste and dry throat score was lower than the control group,the difference has statistical significant(P<0.05);The score of pain radiating to Shoulder in treatment group was 0.52±0.32,the control group was 0.91±0.48.The treatment group of pain radiating to Shoulder score was lower than the control group,the difference has statistical significant(P<0.05);The score of anorexia and poor appetite in treatment group was 1.54 ± 0.35,the control group was 1.88 ± 0.61.The treatment group of poor appetite score was lower than the control group.The difference has statistical significant(P<0.05);(4)The color doppler ultrasound effective rate of the treatment group was 86.21%,and the control group was 72.41%,the statistical analysis with a statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Si jin decotion could effectively improved the clinical symptoms and signs of chronic cholecystitis patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.(2)Si jin decotion could significantly improved chronic cholecystitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome color Doppler ultrasound to exceed imaging fingdings.
