Accupuncture Plus Tcm In Treating Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Cpid Clinical Curative Effect To Observe

Backgroud Reserch:Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease is a common disease.Features:both mentally and Physically due to the recurrent and Long course.Patients greatly suffer Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease medicine mostly relies on antibiotics to treat this disease,But it is difficult for the antibiotics to reach localized areas.Therefore,research into the Prevention and treatment of this disease has caught the attention of doctors.Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combine with Gexiazhuyu Granule on Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and to investigate its mechanism.Methods:Total of 70 cases with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease from our hospital gynecologic met to the standard.Randomly divided them into two groups by number tables:the treatment group (2 cases asked to leave, 3 cases miss), the control group of 35 patients (type 1 error illustration, lcase asked to leave,1 case records were incomplete, 2miss).Finally, each group 30cases① Treatment group is acupuncture combine with Gexia zhuyu granule group. ②Control group is simplel Gexia zhuyu granule.first,We collect basic materials, clinical symptoms points、signs points and Physical examination of patients before and after the treatment.Analyze the clinical efficacy of the two groups by statistical analysis.Results:1.After the treatment,Improvement in TCM syndrome intrgral,local signs interral and total interral have a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P <0.05).2.The total effective rate of treatment group in TCM syndrome is 90.0% 、the total effective rate of local signs is 80.00%、 the total effective rate of the comprehensive effects is 76.66%, the healing and markedly healing rate of treatment group is 60.00%.the total effective rate of control group in TCM syndrome is 83.33%、the total effective rate of local signs is 73.33%、the total effective rate of the comprehensive effects is 70.00%. the healing and markedly healing rate of treatment group is 23.33%,Both groups were significant difference (P<0.05).3.Pelvic inflammatory mass and improve pelvic inflammatory effusion improvement,the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:Both Gexia zhuyu granule combine with acupuncture and simple granule treatment have good clinical effects to treat Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease.Gexia zhuyu granule combine with acupuncture in patients with TCM symptoms and signs of local terms is more significant. Worthy of clinical use.
