Soothing The Liver And Regulating Qi Method For Treatment Of Chronic Cholecystitis (Hepatic-qi Stasis Type) Clinical Study

Purpose: Through the hepatic stagnation type chronic cholecystitis treatmentobservation of soothing the liver and regulating qi method, summarizes the clinical curativeeffect, and carries on the discussion, make effective evaluation.Method: In our clinic and therapy area to collect eligible patients in60cases, andrandomly divided them into2groups, the treatment group of30cases,30cases of the controlgroup. The treatment group treated with soothing the liver and regulating qi method, take thesun and the moon (right), Yanglingquan (right), Qiuxu (right), Taichong (right), Sanyinjiao(right), liver Yu (double), Danshu (double), the needle30min, once a day. The controlgroup was given Xiaoyanlidan tablets (Hebei Yongfeng Pharmaceutical Company Limited,the country medicine accurate character Z20063515), three times a day orally,6tablets eachtime. The two groups were to10days for the1treatment sessions, rest for1to2days, after3courses to make assessment of curative effect.Result: With soothing the liver and regulating qi on treatment of hepatic stagnation typechronic cholecystitis is better than that of the control group oral Xiaoyanlidan tablets. Thestatistical results show that the use of soothing the liver and regulating qi acupuncturetreatment the total effective rate was86.7%, with Xiaoyanlidan tablets in the treatment of thetotal effective rate was56.7%, the treatment group was significantly better than the controlgroup. Gallbladder contraction function in two groups after the treatment, all have a certaindegree of improvement, observation of gallbladder volume change, the treatment groupcompared with the control group P <0.05, the treatment group was better than the controlgroup.Conclusion: Soothing the liver and regulating qi method in clinical treatment canimprove hepatic stagnation type chronic cholecystitis symptoms, alleviate pains of patients,improve the rate of contraction of the gallbladder, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment oftoxic and side effect, is worth the clinical promoted.
