WENSHEN ZHITONG Granule is developed from a proved prescription which is used by JiangSu Province Hospital Of Chinese Tradition Medicine to treat osteoporosis. via a serials of experiment, is to Provide reliable theoretical basis for the clinical use.Methods:Used hot plate method and torsion method to observe analgesic effect. observed influence that osmosis of abdomen capillary vessel was induced by acetic acid and inflammatory agent mixed croton oil induced mouse ear edema.Acute anti-inflammatory Experiment:Mice were randomly grouped in each group,and intragastric administration in all groups only once. After intervention, observed influence that osmosis of abdomen capillary vessel was induced by acetic acid and inflammatory agent mixed croton oil induced mouse ear edema. After creating Pathological model of granuloma two weeks, Weigh ring granuloma weight. Mice and rats Which meet the requirement of the experiments were randomly divided into five groups, namely, CONTROL group, GUSONGBAO group, low-dose WENSHENZHITONG group, Medium-dose WENSHENZHITONG group and high-dose WENSHENZHITONG group. Paired data was compared by the t test.Result:Medium-dose and high-dose WENSHENZHITONG groups can raise the pain threshold, reduce the times of writhing of rats, reduce absorbance of Evans blue and mouse ear edema, there are significant differences (P<0.01)。Each dose group of WENSHENZHITONG can reduce proliferation of granluoma weight, there are significant differences (P<0.05,0.01).Conclusions:Via a serials of experiment, WENSHEN ZHITONG GRANULE can play a significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. In the treatment of osteoporosis, it can relieve symptoms and reduce the patient's pain.
