Clinical Observation On Guixiang Wenjing Zhitong Granule In Treating Dysmenorrhea Of Endometriosis With Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis

Objective:Through the observation of patients,among the patients with endometriosis,cold coagulation and blood stasis are the most common.Combined with many years of clinical experience of Teachers,discussion on the Pathogenetic Characteristics of “Febrile Fever Induces Kidney,Blood Stasis and Collaterals Damage”and Clinical significance,to observe the curative effect of Guixiang Wenjing Zhitong Granule on dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods: The subjects were selected from the patients with Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea who visited the gynecological clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to October 2018.A total of 60 cases,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was given Guixiang Wenjing Zhitong Granule.The control group was given ibuprofen sustained-release capsules.Patients included in the study,keep in touch at all times,to ensure no cases of exfoliation.After 3menstrual cycles,the VAS scores of menstrual period(the most painful time)before and after treatment were observed in both groups ? dysmenorrhea symptom score ? TCM Syndrome Integral ? changes of serum CA125,and therapeutic effect judgement was also given.Results:Two groups of patients in age course of disease,VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptoms score,TCM syndrome score,Serum CA125,there was no significant difference before treatment(P> 0.05),they are comparable.Comparison of VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom score,TCM symptom score in two groups before and after treatment,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).t shows that both the treatment group and the control group can improve the degree of pain and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.The serumCA125 level in the treatment group before and after treatment has statistical significance(P<0.05).It showed that the treatment group could improve the serum CA125 level.There was no statistical significance of serum CA125 in control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After 3 menstrual cycles,comparison of VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom score,TCM symptom score and serum CA125 between the two groups,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).It shows that the treatment group is superior to the control group in pain relief and improvement of TCM symptoms.The total effective rate of improving dysmenorrhea symptoms in the treatment group was 83.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 66.66%,the total effective rate of the treatment group in improving TCM symptoms was86.66%,the total effective rate of the control group was 56.66%.Statistical analysis shows that the differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Guixiang Wenjing Zhitong Granule can improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea in endometriosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and is superior to ibuprofen. 2.Guixiang Wenjing Zhitong Granule can improve TCM symptoms of endometriosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and is superior to ibuprofen.
