The Optimized Research Of Wenshen Dredging Collaterals Of Pain Treatment Of Primary Osteoporosis (the Type Of Kidney Yang Deficiency)

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the three prescriptions of Wenshen dredging collaterals pain Treatment of primary osteoporosis (the type of kidney yang deficiency) and select the optimal prescription.Methods:The study adopts randomized controlled principles, selects 32 cases of primary osteoporosis (the type of kidney yang deficiency) met the inclusion criteria, randomly divided into treatment A group (8 cases).treatment B group (8 cases),treatment C group (8 cases) and control group (8 cases).The treatment groups were separately treated with Wenshen dredging collaterals pain Treatment, the control group was treated with Caltrate D treatment, treatment for 2 months, mathematical statistics analyze the clinical symptoms and bone mineral density before treatment, treatment after 1month and treatment after months to observe the curative effect and select the optimal prescription.Results:After treatment for 1 month, group A effectiveness 62.5%, group B effectiveness 75%, group C effectiveness 87.5%, obviously better than the control group 37.5%, comparatively differences between groups were statistically significant.The comparison between groups have significant differences.Group B show the efficiency was obviously better treatment group A and C.After treatment,4 groups’symptoms such as lumber spinal pain, lumber debility, fearing and limbs cold, leg cramps and trudging were improved, clinical symptoms integral decreased obviously.Also after 2 months of treatment, treatment group A, B and C compared with the control group have significantly difference (P<0.05), compared with group A and C, group B was statistically different and significantly better (P<0.05), bone mineral density changes before and after the treatment with no statistical significance (P>0.05). Before and after treatment, blood, urine, fecalroutine,liver, security indicators of renal function, electrocardiogram examination no significant abnormalities; each group after treatment had no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:Wenshen dredging collaterals pain Treatment of primary osteoporosis B has more significant effects, can maintain or improve bone density, improve the clinical symptoms, no adverse reactions, which can effectively prevent and treat primary osteoporosis (the type of kidney yang deficiency). After 2 months of treatment, treatment A group significant efficiency 0%, effective rate was 100%, treatment B group significant efficiency 37.5%, effective rate was 100%, treatment C group significant efficiency 12.5%, effective rate was 100%, significantly better than the control group efficiency 0%, effective rate was 75%.
