ObjectiveThis study intends to discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Liangdi Decoction in the treatment of preceeded menorrhea and provide objective basis for its clinical application.MethodsThe research objects are patients of preceeded menorrhea of deficient heat. According to the principle of randomized controlled clinical trial, observe80qualified cases. The Treatment Group adopts self-prescribed modified Liangdi Decoction and the Control Group adopts acupuncture treatment.40cases are in the Treatment Group and40in the Control Group.3menstrual cycles consist1treatment course. After1treatment course, observe its effect on the menstrual cycle, TCM syndromes, BBT, E2and P level.ResultsComparison of curative effect of menstruation adjustment of preceeded menorrhea in two groups:for the Treatment Group, the clinical cure rate is67.5%, the excellence rate is17.5%, the effective rate is10.0%, and the total effective rate is97.5%; for the Control Group, the clinical cure rate is57.5%, the excellence rate is25%, the effective rate is12.5%, and the total effective rate is95%. Two groups’comparison demonstrates significant difference (P<0.05), explaining that the Treatment Group has better curative effect than the Control Group. Two groups’Chinese Medicine syndrome curative effect comparison:for the Treatment Group:the clinical cure rate is57.5%, the excellence rate is22.5%, the effective rate is12.5%, and the total effective rate is92.5%; for the Control Group, the clinical cure rate is50%, the excellence rate is25%, the effective rate is15%, and the total effective rate is90%. Two groups’comparison shows significant difference (P<0.05), demonstrating the Treatment Group has better curative effect than the Control Group. It is observed that in the Treatment Group, the clotting time is obviously shortened, the blood platelets count is enhanced, the luteal phase is significantly prolonged and the BBT is improved at different degrees. There’s significant difference (P<0.05) before and after treatment. There’s statistical significance (P<0.05) and the Treatment Group has better curative effect than the Control Group. No statistical difference is found (P>0.05) before and after treatment in terms of blood, urine and stool routine, liver and kidney function and cardiogram results which shows no abnormality.ConclusionExact curative effect is found in applying Liangdi Decoction to treat preceeded menorrhea of deficient heat, adjust menstruation cycle, improve the Chinese Medicine syndrome and promote the corpus luteal function. It’s safe and atoxic and convenient for application. It has better curative effect than acupuncture. Therefore, it’s worthy of clinical application.
