The Clinical Observation Of Blood Stasis Type Of Knee Osteoarthritis By Electro-acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis by electro-acupuncture.Methods:Divided 68 patients which fit inclusion criteria of knee osteoarthritis into the treatment group (electro-acupuncture) and the control group (sodium hyaluronate) every 34 cases according to the principle of simple random.Electro-acupuncture for the internal and external knee eye based on the acupuncture treatment in internal and external knee eye, blood and LiangQiu of the treatment group. About 30 min per treatment, once per day,6 days consecutive for a course of treatment,treatment interval for 1 days,the continuous treatment is processed for 5 courses.The control group using sodium hyaluronate injections into knee articular cavity by injection treatment.2 ml each injection,once a week,5 times for a course of treatment,continuous 1 treatment course.Both groups were in statistical on their clinical symptoms integral,pain score and the content level of interleukin-1 beta and matrix metalloproteinases-3 in joint synovial fluid before and after the treatment,income data using SPSS 13.0 package processing.Results:(1) Clinical symptom scores:before and after treatment, P value compare two groups are<0.05, showed that two treatment group all can make a patient's clinical symptom scores obviously reduce; But between groups compared the non-significance difference (P>0.05), showed that two groups in reducing the clinical symptom scores without difference.(2) Pain scores:before and after treatment, P value compare two groups are<0.05, showed that two treatment group all can make a patient's pain score obviously reduce; Between groups with significant difference (P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group than in control group.(3) Clinical curative effect:the treatment group's laser is 87.50% and the control group's laser is 84.38%, between groups compared the non-significance difference (P>0.05), showed that two curative effect of indifference.(4) The content level of IL-1βand MMP-3 and the clinical symptoms integral of correlation analysis:the content level of IL-1βand MMP-3 in patients' joint fluid and the clinical symptom scores maturation to linear related (correlation coefficient 0.918 and 0.828 respectively, P value are < 0.05). (5) The content level of IL-1βand MMP-3 and the pain scores of correlation analysis:the content level of IL-1βand MMP-3 in patients'joint fluid and the pain scores maturation to linear related (correlation coefficient 0.826 and 0.698 respectively, P value are< 0.05).(6) The content level of IL-1β:before and after treatment, P value compare two groups are< 0.05, showed that two treatment groups all can make joint fluid IL-1βcontent decreased obviously, But between groups compared the non-significance difference (P> 0.05), showed that two groups in reducingIL-1βcontent without difference.(7) The content level of MMP-3: before and after treatment, P value compare two groups are< 0.05, showed that two treatment groups all can make joint fluid MMP-3content decreased obviously, But between groups compared the non-significance difference (P> 0.05), showed that two groups in reducingMMP-3 content without difference.Conclusions:(1) Electro-acupuncture treatment can obviously reduce the the clinical symptoms of blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis,efficient reaches 87.50%,electro-acupuncture treatment is the effective method of therapeutic the blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis.(2) Joint synovial fluid of IL-1 beta, MMP-3 content level and the blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis, for the clinical symptoms of integral and pain score were positively correlated.(3) Electro-acupuncture treatment can reduce the content of IL-1β, MMP-3 in the blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis sufferers'synovial fluid;which play on knee osteoarthritis prevention and cure function.
