Objective:This study used acupuncture plus Chinese medicine internal medicine(taohongsiwu decoction)in the treatment of qi and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis and comparing with pure acupuncture and pure Chinese medicine,observed treatment before and after the treatment are two course VAS score,Lysholm scale,the change of WOMAC score and efficient after treatment,through the evaluation of three groups of patients with symptoms and signs of improvement,analgesic effect,the condition of knee joint function improvement and clinical curative effect to make a comprehensive comparison,to explore Chinese medicine treatment of qi and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis best clinical solution.Methods:All patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis knee osteoarthritis(90 cases)included in the study were randomly divided into 3 groups: combination of acupuncture and medicine(30cases),acupuncture group(30 cases)and traditional Chinese medicine group(30 cases).All patients in the three groups received health education,while the remaining treatments weredifferent.The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine.Acupuncture was applied to the EX-LE4,ST 35,ST 34,SP 10,GB 34 and a shi acupoints on the affected side.The needles were retained for 30 minutes,and once every 10 minutes was performed with the method of flat tonifying and purging,for a total of 3 times.Acupuncture treatment was performed once a day for a period of 6 days,with a total of 2 treatment courses.Taohong siwu soup(15g of peach kernel;Safflower 15g;Angelica 15 g;Radix paeoniae alba 15 g;Cultivated land 15g;Ligusticum chuanxiong 6g),1 daily,water decocted warm,in the morning and evening two times,6 days for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The acupuncture group was treated with single acupuncture,acupuncture point selection,operation method and course of treatment.The Chinese medicine group was treated with Chinese medicine alone,that is,by taking taohong siwu decoction orally.The specific program and course of treatment were combined with acupuncture and herbal medicine.The three groups were treated continuously for 2 courses of treatment.By observing the changes of VAS score,Lysholm score and WOMAC score of patients in the three groups before treatment and after two courses of treatment as well as the effective rate after treatment,the comprehensive clinical efficacy of patients in the three groups was evaluated through analysis and comparison.Result:1.After two courses of treatment,VAS score of the combined acupuncture group was more significantly reduced than that of the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.Thestudy showed that the combined acupuncture group had better analgesic effect on patients with knee osteoarthritis of qi stagnation and blood stasis than the acupuncture group or the traditional Chinese medicine alone.2.After two courses of treatment,the Lysholm score of the combined acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.The study showed that the combined acupuncture group had a better therapeutic effect on the improvement of the symptoms and signs of patients with qi-stagnation and blood-stasis knee osteoarthritis than the acupuncture group or the traditional Chinese medicine alone.3.After two courses of treatment,the reduction of WOMAC score in the combined acupuncture group was more significant than that in the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.The study showed that the combined acupuncture group had a better effect on the improvement of knee joint function in patients with qi-stagnation and blood-stasis knee osteoarthritis than the acupuncture group or the traditional Chinese medicine group.4.After two courses of treatment,the effective rate of the combined acupuncture and drug treatment group was higher than that of the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.The study showed that the combined acupuncture and drug treatment group had a better clinical effect on qi-stagnation and blood-stasis knee osteoarthritis than the acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatment alone.Conclusions:Acupuncture and Chinese medicine internal medicine treatment of qi and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis has obvious clinical efficacy,and the needle medicine and can significantly improve the patient's symptoms and signs more,have more significant analgesic effect,and can more quickly and efficiently improve the knee joint function,and shorten the course of the disease,curative effect is more significant than their individual use,and has good safety,small side effects,is the best treatment of clinical,worthy of promotion.
