Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis (Type Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis) With Relaxing Needling

Objective:This study mainly compared the effects of relaxation acupuncture treatment group and oral celecoxib capsule western medicine group on the improvement of knee joint pain and function in patients with knee osteoarthritis(type of qi stagnation and blood stasis),analyzed the related potential factors affecting the efficacy,and explored the clinical effect and efficacy of relaxation acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis,so as to provide a new clinical treatment method and practical basis for the treatment of this disease.Methods :From December 2019 to January 2021 in our hospital,According to the order of treatment,it was randomly divided into treatment group and western medicine group.The treatment group was treated by acupuncture with release acupuncture,Once every other day,continuous treatment for 2 weeks.Chinese medicine group oral celecoxib capsule 200 mg/times,1 day,continuous treatment for 2 weeks.To observe the evaluation of VAS score,pain point,JOA score,joint motion and overall curative effect before and after treatment,And divided the knee joint into four quadrants,Correlation between the mean value of pain in each quadrant and age,course of disease,JOA score and joint motion was analyzed.SPSS 21.0software is used to analyze and process the data.Results :1.the two groups of patients after treatment and before treatment were compared in the group: VAS score,pain point pain value,JOA score,joint activity were better than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The two groups were compared after treatment: the treatment group was better than the western medicine group in pain point pain measurement,JOA score and joint motion(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Results of curative effect between the treatment group and the western medicine group: the overall effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the western medicine group(the effective rate of the western medicine group was 53.5%,the effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Correlation analysis showed that most of the pain points of knee joint were distributed in quadrants 3 and 4 of knee joint.The change of the difference between the measured pain values in quadrant 2 was positively correlated with age.There was a negative correlation between the difference of measured pain values before and after treatment and the improvement of JOA in the treatment group,and the results of quadrant 1 and 4 showed a negative correlation.Conclusion: Relaxation acupuncture has a significant effect on the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type KOA,which can significantly relieve pain and improve the range of motion and function of knee joint.There was a positive correlation between the mean value of pain measurement at the external and upper knee joint pain points and the age of the patients,while there was no correlation between the mean value of pain measurement in other quadrants and the age of the patients in this group.The pain points of the knee joint are mostly distributed in the outer and inner lower parts of the knee joint.Acupuncture of the medial pain points of the knee joint may be more effective in improving the pain and function of the knee joint.
