| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the Qing Jiang decoction on PVC and discuss the mechanisms of the method of dispersing liver, reducing phlegm and resolving heatclaming and relieving the mind.Methods: In clinical research 60 cases of Fire disturbance heart-shaped ventricular premature were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases treated by Qing Jiang decoction; control group 30 cases treated by Wenxin Granule; Four weeks were one treatment course.Results: In the observation group, the symptoms were improved remarkably, which were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0. 05). The curative effect Of PVC in two groups had no significant deviation(P>0.05).Conclusion: Qing Jiang decoction can improve clinic symptoms and the manifestation of DCG remarkably,reduce incidence rate of PVC and degrade the Severity of PVC. |
