Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of professor Jiang Shumin's self-formulated “HeWei-Jiang-Ni prescription” in the diagnosis and treatment of reflux esophagitis with disharmony between the liver and stomach, and to explore the mechanism of the self-formulated “He-Wei-Jiang-Ni prescription” in the treatment of RE from both clinical and theoretical perspectives,so as to provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine in the future.Material and method: From January 30,2018 to December 31,2019,60 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis diagnosed as liver, stomach disharmony are collected from Professor Jiang Shumin's Guo Yi Tang clinic,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine. All patients met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, and the cases were divided into groups according to the ratio of 1:1 by using the random number table method. The included cases were randomized The number is divided into two groups,Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine control group.30 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were treated with "He Wei Jiang Ni Fang" prepared by Mr.Jiang Shu-Min.30 cases in the western medicine control group were treated with pantoprazole sodium enteric coated capsule for 8 weeks. After the treatment, the clinical efficacy and the recurrence rate of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results: 1.Comparison of the total score after RDQ treatment was 14.27±4.66 and 15.67±4.96 respectively in the TCM treatment group and the western medicine control group, and the difference between the two groups(P<0.05)was statistically significant, indicating that the TCM treatment group(severity of symptoms/frequency of attacks)was lower than the western medicine control group;2.Comparison of curative effect results after 8 weeks of treatment: The curative effect of the Chinese medical treatment group and the western medicine control group were 96.67% and 93.33%,respectively.The difference between the two groups(P>0.05)was not statistically significant.the therapeutic effect of the treatment group and the control group were both effective and the effect was similar;3.Comparison of results of individual points of TCM symptoms: Responses that can prove the efficacy,in addition to the three symptoms of acid reflux, nausea, and dry mouth(but the difference is not large),other clinical symptoms(heartburn, throat discomfort, flank pain, abdominal swelling / fullness / pain, indigestion, belching, hiccup, poor appetite, bad breath, bitter taste in mouth, insomnia)The Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly better than the western medicine control group, there is a huge boost the patient's quality of life.Total score of clinical symptoms in TCM,the total score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment between the two groups decreased on average, indicating that the patients' symptoms improved. After the treatment between the two groups, the total symptom score of the Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than that of the western medicine control group;(P> 0.05)was not statistically significant, proving that the improvement of most symptoms of the Chinese medicine treatment group was better than the western medicine control group.4.Comparison of endoscopic examination between the two groups showed that the endoscopic examination degree of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group improved significantly before and after treatment(P<0.05),with statistical significance, while the endoscopic examination degree of the western medicine control group improved before and after treatment,(P>0.05)with no statistical significance;5.At the end of the course of treatment, the patients with relapse were followed-up and observed: 5 cases(16.67%)in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and 9 cases(30.00%)in the western medicine control group, indicating that the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was stable, and the relapse rate was lower than that of the western medicine control group,Statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: According to the research “He-Wei-Jiang-Ni prescription” can be effectively improved the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with hepatic and gastric syndrome of reflux esophagitis. Also, effective prescription for the treatment of this diseases. It can promote the repair of gastroesophageal mucosa to reduce the recurrence rate, and fully reflect the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of reflux esophagitis, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
