Clinical and Experimental Study on QingPingJiangYa Granule in Treating Essential Hypertension of Young and Middle Age PeopleAbstract Based on experience of clinic, the theory that hyperactivity of heart and liver-fire, accumuiation of blood stasis and heat梕vil is the most important pathogenesis. According to the new theory, the Qing Ping Jiang Ya Granule (QPJYG) was made. It can purg fire-evil and calm the liver, cool blood and dissipate blood stasis, and was used to treat 26 cases. The results show that the total efficiency is 88.5%,and the remarkable efficiency is 3&5%;the total efficiency of improving signs is 88.5%, and the remarkable efficiency is 42.3%, which is better than the control group. Besides, it can reduce NE, E, AT-Il and cGMP, heighten cAMP/cGMP, at the same time it can reduce blood viscosity, and can be prophylaxis and treatment to complication. The results of experiment with animals show that the QPJYG can lower notably the SLIR blood pressure and can reduce TXB2, AT-TI, cGMP, heighten cAMIP/cGMP.
