Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the pathogenesis of psychological stimulus intensity, personality characteristics and endometriosis (EM). Next investigate the relationship of pathogenesis and emotional factors for the women suffering from EM, with a view to supplement the causes of endometriosis, providing the basis for effective measures of prevention and control.Way The way of this study is as follows:respondents fill in the two questionnaire scales of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, EPQ), Work and Life events Scale (Life Event Scale, LES), researcher statistics the results of above-mentioned two questionnaire scales, and according to the control method that the proportion of EM patients and Normals 1:1, find the difference of the EM patients and Normals, and get the conclusion.Result 1) The ratio of EM patients and normals'negative values of LES presences for very significant difference (P=0.001<0.01).2) 50 EM patients with life events to stimulate the amount of negative total,43 people (86%), life events to stimulate the volume fraction of total <-20,11 people (22%), life events to stimulate the volume fraction of total <-30 4 people (8%).50 life events in the normal total amount of negative stimulation of 24 people (48%), no normals stimulate the amount of total life events score<-20.3) P1-P2 (P= 0.001)<0.01, shows the two had significant'differences; L1-L2 (P= 0.010)<0.05, shows two significant differences; E1-E2 (P= 0.569)> 0.05, N1-N2 (P= 0.229)> 0.05, shows that there is no significant difference between the two groups.4) 50 EM group, phlegmatic tendencies (introverted, emotional stability) of 25,50%; sanguine tendency to (extroversion, emotional stability) 5,10%; mucus quality-quality of the junction of multiple blood 20,40%; phlegm-depression and at the junction of 0.50 normal group, phlegmatic tendencies (introverted, emotional stability),26 people,52%; sanguine tendency to (extroversion, emotional stability) 18, accounting for 36%; phlegm-sanguine at the junction of four people 8%; phlegm-depression and junction 2, accounting for 4%. Comparing the two, phlegmatic tendencies are each half sanguine tendency in the normal group (36%) than EM group (10%), phlegm-sanguine at the junction of the EM group (40%) greater than the normal group (8%), and phlegmatic-depression and EM junction were not, the normal proportion of those very few (4%).Conclusion 1) The positively of psychosocial stress factors and EM is positive correlation, and the higher the minus score the more susceptible to EM.2) The Emotional shown by the People with Phlegmatic-sanguine at the junction of Constitution is most likely lead to an emotional cause EM. The emotional shown by the people with sanguine tendency to physicall is few susceptible to EM.3) The degree of shown for the EM patients'psychoticism (do not care about people, single persons, often troublesome, where all sense inappropriate, and some may be cruel, unsympathetic, insensitive, often hostile, offensive, their peers and Animals lack of human feeling.) is more higher.
