The treatment group and control group by Chinese medicine to western medicine orally the treatment result willow nitrogen tablets. Sulfonamides pyridine two groups of patients are in three months, a treatment for one period of treatment after therapeutic evaluation.Results:after treating a period of efficacy, compared between the two groups, the treatment group than in control group total effectiveness, but no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). Control show rate with significant difference(P<0.01),the treatment group than in control group,accused show rate that two groups are effective treatment of active period of AS the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group;The treatment group cases before and after the treatment main symptoms, signs, after treatment, the changing situation points compared with before treatment, with a statistical significance. Both groups can reduce the ESR, CRP, IgA index,but the treatment group was better than control group (P<0.01);The treatment group TNF alpha,MMP-3 level is reduced after treatment before treatment(P<0.05), and the control group was statistically significant (P>0.05) before and after the treatment) was not statistically significant Two sets of patients in BASDI index, BASFI index after treatment between groups are improved, more statistically significant (P<0.01), indicating that the treatment group BASDI index, BASFI index improvement than control group.Conclusions:heat treatment of the kidneys and method of AS can improve the active patient symptoms, signs and laboratory index, definite effect.
