The Clinical Research On Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis Mainly Involve Peripheral In Active Phase By The Method Of Clearing Away Heat

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the method of clearing away heat inankylosing spondylitis mainly involve peripheral in active phase.To explore the ankylosingspondylitis TCM Etiology,Pathogenesis and new treatment.Methods：60patients were divided into two groups randomly：the treatment group(30cases,treated with traditional Chinese medicine)and the control group(30cases,treatedwith Sulfasalazine Tablets).All patients received a course of treatment of six months.Adopting the ASAS20and BASDAI50standards developed by international ASASWorking Group and efficiency of TCM Syndromes criteria to evaluate the efficiency ofChinese medicine treatment of AS.Results:After treatment,the syndromes scores,physical signs,the primaryefficacy,inflammatory index of groups both improved. The difference between the twogroups was statistically significant.Conclusion：the method of clearing away heat effectively alleviate the symptoms ofpatients with ankylosing spondylitis,signs,lower ESR and CRP remission of disease,security, worthy of clinical use.
