Clinical Research Of How Dose The Bu Shen Qing Re Decoction Effect On The Active Indicators About Ankylosing Spondylitis Which Belong To The Type Of Dampness Heat Stasis Syndrome

Objective: by observing the kidney heat soup combined willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride and diclofenac sodium zyban dampness heat bizu ankylosing spondylitis patients treated before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory indexes of change,Preliminary clarify kidney heat soup intervention activity related parameters of ankylosing spondylitis ESR,CRP,the mechanism of TNF-?,and evaluate its treatment the clinical curative effect of dampness heat bizu mandatory spondylitis.Method: the choice conforms to the diagnostic criteria of 60 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients,according to the grouping random number table,divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Patients with kidney heat soup combined willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride,zyban oral diclofenac sodium,the control group given willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine joint zyban oral diclofenac sodium enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride.Observation period of 4 months in both groups,the safety index in 0,1,2,4 months each time,efficacy indicators in the measured before and after the treatment,the score and record two groups of patients mobility,TCM syndrome integral change.Using SPSS l9.0 data statistical analysis software.Results: before and after treatment,disease activity score between the two groups,the TCM syndrome integral,experimental group is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Experimental group and control group after treatment the ESR,CRP,TNF-? values are lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison between experimental group and the control way after treatment the ESR,CRP,TNF-? value,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Experimental group is better than the control group.Conclusion: kidney heat soup combined western medicine willow willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride and western medicine joint zyban diclofenac sodium enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride can improve the hot and humid type bizu ankylosing spondylitis symptoms,signs and laboratory indexes,and kidney heat soup combined western medicine willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride in reducing inflammation index(ESR and CRP)and the levels of cytokine TNF-? is superior to pure western medicine group,kidney heat soup in reducing inflammatory activity,slow disease progression has good curative effect.
