To Observe The Curative Effect Of Wen Yang Duzhuangdubushen Type Of Ankylosing Spondylitis

ObjectiveTo observe and verify the clinical efficacy and reliability of the ventral ventral Pulse method for the cold type ankylosing spondylitis.MethodsApproach to the study of this experiment adoPts the Prospectie,randomized,controlled,collected in June 2016 to January 2018 in foshan hospital of orthopaedics and rheumatism inpatient and outpatient patients,screening in line with the western medicine AS diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and ankylosing spondylitis(kidney empty overseers cold type)diagnostic criteria of patients(60 cases),were randomly divided into treatment group and control grouP.The treatment group was given the experience prescription of the TCM decoction and combined with the basic treatment.Control group given oral celecoxib capsules(JX20000001 imported drug registration standards,J20080059,approved by the Pfizer Pharmaceutical co.LTD.),also combining with the foundation treatment,treatment observation Period for eight weeks,the final evaluation before and after treatment in both groups AS activity index,AS function index,AS measurement index and TCM syndrome score,Patients’ overall evaluation,spinal Pain score(VAS)and laboratory examination indexes(blood sedimentation,C-reactive protein),and USES the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation standards and ASAS working group to evaluate curative effect evaluation.To analyze the data scientifically and correctly,objectively observe the clinical curative effect of the temperature and nourishingdu pulse method on the cold type ankylosing spondylitis.Results1.After 8 weeks of treatment,ASAS20 of the exPerimental group was 92.59%,and the ASAS20 in the control group was 85.71%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).ASAS40 was 88.89% in the experimental group and 60.71% in the control group,and the experimental group ASAS40 had higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.8 weeks after the treatment,efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine,treatment group total effectiveness 100%,control group total effective rate was 96.43%,the difference statistically significant(P < 0.05),the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine of treatment group is better than the control group.3.In the treatment observation of the first 4 weeks,the two groups were not able to consider the difference in efficacy between BASDAI,BASFI,BASMI,and spinal pain score(VAS).In the treatment observation in the last 4 weeks,the two groups showed better efficacy in BASDAI,BASFI,BASMI and spinal pain score(VAS)than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionTemperature raising du meridian is treatment of kidney empty overseers cold type of ankylosing spondylitis is safe and effective method,can effectively alleviate the symptoms and signs,restore body function,no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion.
