Objective:The purpose of this researh is to observe the painful and functional improvement on the knee joint of the outpatients with knee osteoarthritis(wind-cold-dampness arthralgia)by using Juanbi Decoction on the basis of sodium hyaluronate injection therapy, and to compare it s clinical efficacy with celecoxib capsule in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods:The selected cases are 80 knee osteoarthritis patients who meet the diagnostic standard and receiving standard from May 2018 to December 2018 in the clinic of Orthopedics,Changde Hospital affiliated to Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They are divided into the observational group and the compared group according to the random number table. Both groups of patients are injected with sodium hyaluronate into the affected knee joint cavity once a week, once a bottle. On this basis, the observational group combines with Juanbi decoction for oral administration, one dose a day, divided into morning and evening. The compared group is given celecoxib capsules orally on this basis, once a day, once a grain, and taken after breakfast.Five weeks is one treatment cycle. The changes of symptoms and signs of knee joint before and after treatment in the two groups are observed and scored, and the clinical efficacy is evaluated after statistical analysis.Result:There is no significant difference in general information analysis between the two groups before treatment. After one treatment cycle, there is no significant difference in improvement of walk-associated pain between the two groups(P=0.43>0.05).There is no significant difference in pain sensation between the two groups when they go up and down the stairs(P=0.44>0.05).There is no significant difference in flexuous and extended activities between the two groups(P=0.63>0.05).In terms of swelling regression, there is a statistical difference between the two groups(P=0.03<0.05),and the swelling regression on knee join in the observational group is more obvious than that in the compared group. The total effective rates of the observational group and the compared group are 92.11%and 83.78%respectively,and there is no statistical significance in the comparison of therapeutic effects between the two groups(P=0.34>0.05).Conclusion:Juanbi Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate has significant effects on painful and functional improvement of knee osteoarthritis. No obvious side effects have been found during the observation period,so,this therapeutic plan is worthy of clinical application. |
