Acupuncture And Medicine For Treatment Of Deficiency Of Kidney Yin Peri-menopausal Syndrome In The Clinical Observation

[Purpose]This research adopted randomly controlled clinical studying method to observe the influence of blood serum estrogen/luteinizing hormone/follicle stimulating hormone and Kupperman index of the two groups before and after treatment in perimenopausal syndrome due to yin asthenia of kidney,to probe into the clincle effect and mechanism of acupuncture,to provide the scientific evidence in choosing the best treatment to perimenopause syndrome Due to deficiency of kidney YIN.[Method]Reference to "the guiding principles of Chinese medicine clinical research new drugs" 1997 version of Chinese perimenopausal syndrome diagnostic criteria.It's by randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and electric acupuncture combining with traditional Chinese medicine group to contrast,30 cases in each group.Traditional Chinese medicine group:to nourish yin,reinforce the kidney and liver,to nourish the heart,invigorating the spleen.chinese medicinal formulae:Zhibiejia(decoct first)10g,Shanyurou10g,Duzhong10g,Xuduan10g,Jishengl Og,Shanyao10g,Gouqi10g,Xian lingpi10g,Gouteng(decoctlater)15g,Danpi10g,Qinglongchi(decoctfirst)10g,Lianzixin3g Fuxiaomai(decoct in wrapped condition)30g,Bietaogan10g.plus and minus following the symptom,once a day,to submit one month making up a course of treatment.Acupuncture combining with traditional Chinese medicine group:based on treatment of Chinese medicine,adding acupuncture method,and select the main point:Baihui, Zigong,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Taixi,Taichong,Hegu, coordination of acupoints, Shenmen,Neiguan and Qihai Use 1.5 cun disinfection needle,staying for 30 minute,having a feeling of sourness/numbness/distendess/heaviness etc.Meanwhile select dilatational wave,reaching a degree of blushing skin surrounding.three times a week, one month making up a course of treatment. After a course of treatment, patients were observed before and after treatment by blood serum estrogen/luteinizing hormone/follicle stimulating hormone and Kupperman index;after 3 month,follow up Kupperman index of all patient.[Result]1). Needle medicine combining with Chinese traditional medicine group group of patients after treatment in patients with Kupperman index are relatively low before treatment.2). Acupuncture combining with traditional Chinese medicine group's Kupperman index is lower than merely traditional Chinese medicine group,the symptom such as insomnia/upset/lassitude/bone arthralgia improved better than merely traditional Chinese medicine group.3). Blood serum estrogen in two group is higher than before the treatment,but there's no obviourcely difference between the two group after treatment.4).Luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in two group is lower than before the treatment.but there's no obviourcely difference between the two group after treatment.5).Following-up visit in 3 months, acupuncture combining with traditional Chinese medicine group's Kupperman index is still lower than merely traditional Chinese medicine group.6). Following-up visit in 3 months, Kupperman index of.acupuncture combining with traditional Chinese medicine group is remain lower than treatment for 1 month; merely traditional Chinese medicine group's Kupperman index is no difference to treatment for 1 month.[Conclusion]Acupuncture combining with traditional Chinese medicine group is better than merely traditional Chinese medicine group, and so the holding time is. Symptom improvement from the situation,the symptom such as insomnia/upset/lassitude/bone arthralgia are improved better than merely traditional Chinese medicine group.It is thus evident that acupuncture can improve the symptom of perimenopausal patient,wherea the effect of improving sex hormone is not obvious.
