the curative effect. The scores of TCM syndromes, serum estradiol, follicular stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, urinary incontinence questionnaire and 1 hpadding test were observed before and after treatment in 2 groups. The results were analyzed and the curative effect of the two groups was observed.Result:1.Compared with the international urinary incontinence questionnaire, the scores of international urinary incontinence questionnaire were lower than those before treatment, and the difference had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).After the treatment, the international urinary incontinence questionnaire was better than the Chinese medicine group in improving the international urinary incontinence questionnaire(P<0.01).2.The results of the 1 hour urine cushion test were compared:the amount of leakage urine of the two groups after 1 hours was lower than that before the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After 1 hours after Chinese medicine symptom score comparison:two groups after treatment of TCM symptom score decreased compared with before treatment, the difference has significant statistical significance(P<0.01);after treatment of TCM symptom score group comparison, acupuncture and medicine combination group in improving TCM symptoms is better than the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of hormone level:follicle stimulating hormone level:the level of follicle stimulating hormone in the two groups was lower than that before treatment. There was no significant difference before and after treatment in the Chinese medicine group(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05)in the combination group of acupuncture and medicine(P>0.05).The difference was significant(P>0.05).The level of serum estradiol was compared:the level of serum estradiol in the two groups was higher than that before treatment. There was significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the combination group before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the group of Chinese medicine and the combination group(P>0.05)after treatment. The comparison of luteinizing hormone levels:there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).5.The curative effect of stress urinary incontinence was compared:the total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 67.74%,and the total effective rate of combined acupuncture and medicine group was 93.33%.The curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group was better than that of Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).6.Comparison of TCM symptom scores:the total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 74.19%,and the total effective rate of the combined acupuncture and medicine group was 93.33%,The curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group was better than that of Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine group and acupuncture combined with
