Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Shallow Acupuncture Combined With Body Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome With Kidney-yin Deficiency

Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of shallow acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and oral Tibolone tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney-yin deficiency,and to seek a better plan for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney-yin deficiency,so as to provide a new idea for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney-yin deficiency with acupuncture.Methods:Choose accord with standard of the kidney Yin deficiency type of 60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome as the research object,were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with shallow acupuncture combined with body acupuncture,the first treatment was body acupuncture,and shallow acupuncture was performed at the same time as the needle was retained.The selected points for body acupuncture were guan yuan,zigong?double?,shenmen?double?,sanyinjiao?double?and taixi?double?.The selected points for shallow acupuncture were shangen and baihui,once a day,30min each time.The control group was given Tibolone tablets 1.25mg orally,once a day,for 4 weeks.Both groups were evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment.Observe the changes of Chinese and western medicine evaluation table and serum sex hormones?E₂,FSH,LH?before and after treatment,evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups,conduct statistical analysis on the collected data,and assume that P<0.05 is statistically significant.Results:1.Total score of TCM syndromes:compared within the group,the total score of TCM syndromes could be reduced by the two therapies?P<0.01?;Comparison between groups showed that the observation group was better than the control group in improving the total score of TCM syndromes,with statistically significant difference?P<0.05?.2.Individual scores of TCM symptoms:compared within the group,the two treatment schemes can reduce individual scores of TCM symptoms?P<0.05?;The comparison between groups showed that the observation group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of irritability,insomnia and five irritant fever,with statistically significant difference?P<0.05?,there was no statistically significant difference in the remaining symptoms?P>0.05?.3.Improved Kupperman total score:the two treatments reduced the improved Kupperman total score in the group?P<0.01?.Compared with the control group,the improved Kupperman score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference?P<0.05?.4.Individual scores of the improved Kupperman:compared within the group,the two treatment schemes can reduce individual scores of the improved Kupperman?P<0.05?.Comparison between groups showed that the observation group was better than the control group in improving insomnia and excitable symptoms,with statistically significant difference?P<0.05?,there was no statistically significant difference in the remaining symptoms?P>0.05?.5.Serum E₂,FSH,and LH values:compared in the group,both treatments can reduce serum FSH and LH values and increase serum E₂ values?P<0.01?.There was no significant difference between the two groups?P>0.05?.6.Clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%and that of the control group was 88.89%.The efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.Conclusion:1.The efficacy of shallow acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and oral Tibolone tablets was similar in reducing the serum FSH and LH values and increasing the E₂values in patients with perimenopausal syndrome with kidney-yin deficiency.2.Shallow combination of body acupuncture needle with oral drug for treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney-yin deficiency clinical curative effect,can reduce the TCM syndrome in patients with total score,modified Kupperman total score,improve the clinical symptoms,but shallow needle combined with body acupuncture therapy in improving the irritable easily excited,insomnia,five upset hot symptoms has more advantages,positive and research.
