The Clinical Study Of Treating Peripheral Menopause Syndrome (PMS) With The Decotion Of Bu-shen-yi-kun

Objective: To systematic study the therapeutical effect of the decoction ofBu-shen-yi-kun on peripheral menopause syndrome(PMS), to explore its actionmechanism and treatment of this disease.Methods: This study observed60cases of kidney deficiency of Yin and Yang typePMS patients, randomly divided into treatment group30cases (oral invigorating theprevious party) and the control group30cases (oral kuntai capsule), treatment for3months. Observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after treatment and E2, FSH,LH, the change of bone mineral density,inhibin and ultrasound.Results:Treatment group and control group in clinical effect are93.33%and70%respectively, the total curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine were93.33%and76.67%respectively, the treatment group is better than the control group. Two groups ofkupperman, Chinese medicine symptom integral, single Chinese medicine symptomintegral comparison between groups are very significant difference (P <0.01), thetreatment group is better than the control group. The baking hot sweat and chills, lumbardebility, burnout symptoms such as fatigue has a very significant difference (P <0.01), fiveupset hot, vaginal dryness, there is significant difference (P <0.05). Elevated E2, INHb inboth groups after treatment (P <0.05), FSH, LH decreased (P <0.05). Within two way,comparison between groups, the endometrium has significant difference (P <0.05), uterusand ovarian volume size, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05),forearm bone mineral density has no statistical significance (P>0.05), lumbar spine bonemineral density (BMD at l1-l4), hip elevated (P <0.05).Conclusion：1. The results of the treatment of kidney deficiency of Yin and Yangtype perimenopausal syndrome clinical effect is remarkable, by improving the endocrine hormone level, bone density and serum inhibin purpose of improve the clinical symptomsof the treatment2. Results of the sample may have a kind of hormone, hormone levels, can improvethe patients without excessive proliferation of endometrial hidden trouble, the security hasthe advantage of cannot be ignored.
