354 Case Of Han And Kazak Hypertensive Postmenopausal Women Correlation With Estrogen Analysis

Objective:To investigate the Han, Kazak postmenopausal women with essential hypertension and the role of estrogen relationship between. Methods:Determination of electrochemical luminescence 89 cases and 85 cases of Kazak Han postmenopausal women with essential hypertension and the corresponding control group (healthy subjects as normal control group, all 90 cases) of estrogen (estradiol, E2)content,compare the Han and Kazak EH patients and postmenopausal women in the control group the difference between the level of estrogen, and 1,2,3-level differences between the leves of estrogen. Results:Han, Kazak women EH serum E2 was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01),1,2,3-level estrogen hormone levels in patients with EH by the F test was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:Han, Kazak women the incidence of hypertension and levels of estrogen may have a certain relationship.
