Objective:(1)To study the influencing factors of female hypertension;(2)To analyze the direct and indirect effects of estradiol on female hypertension.Provide a basis for the research and prevention of female hypertension.Method:Consult the literature and combine the experts' suggestions to make and improve the "female hypertension questionnaire".According to the content of the questionnaire, the diagnosed hypertensive women and non-hypertensive women were collected in a top three hospital in Hunan Province from May 2018 to November 2019,and a case-control study was conducted. The contents of the survey are general conditions(age, ethnicity, menstrual cycle),lifestyle habits(exercise frequency, meditation frequency, sleep time, meat intake frequency, egg intake frequency, soy product intake frequency, dairy product intake frequency, vegetables Ingestion frequency, nut intake frequency, tea drinking frequency, alcohol drinking frequency, coffee drinking frequency, smoking frequency),physical examination indicators(blood pressure, height, weight),laboratory testing indicators(estradiol,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,BUA,Scr,BUN,Cys C,Hcy,hs-CRP).The two groups were matched for age frequency with an age group of 10 years old.The statistical analysis methods are as follows:(1)The single factor t test, ranksum test,chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression model are used to analyze the influencing factors of female hypertension;Direct and indirect effects of blood pressure;(2)Use the intermediary effect model and path analysis model to verify the direct and indirect effects of estradiol on female hypertension;.The above analysis is implemented using SPSS20.0 or AMOS.Results:The total number of subjects in this study was 618,of which291 were in the case group and 327 were in the control group. The ages of the two groups remained the same.(1)The risk of hypertension with estradiol levels in the second quartile range is 0.443 times(95%CI:0.235,0.833),and the risk of hypertension with estradiol levels in the third quartile range is 0.272 times(95%CI:0.147,0.502),the risk of hypertension with estradiol levels in the forth quartile range is 0.299 times that of the control(95%CI:0.0.160,0.556);the exercise frequency of 1-3 times a week is 0.493.The risk of hypertension is basically 0.493Times(95%CI:0.300,0.813);the risk of hypertension from more than 8hours of sleep per day The risk of disease is 0.402 times less than 6hours of sleep(95% CI: 0.190,0.853),the risk of hypertension from 6-8hours of sleep per day The risk of disease is 0.621 times less than 6hours of sleep(95% CI: 0.394,0.976);the frequency of soy products intake 2-3 days a week The risk of hypertension is 0.362 times less than two days a week(95% CI: 0.220,0.596),the frequency of soybean foodintake 4-6 days per week is 0.250 times the risk of hypertension with less than 2 days per week(95% CI: 0.105,0.593).CysC?1.09mg/L the risk of hypertension is 3.058 times that CysC<0.51 mg/L(95% CI:1.144,8.176);Hcy?15?mol/Lthe risk of hypertension is 2.751 times Hcy<10 ?mol/L(95%CI:1.349,5.610);the risk of hypertension when overweight is 1.975 times that of the control group(95%CI:1.228,3.174),and the risk of hypertension when obese is 2.638 times that of the control group(95%CI:1.179,5.903);the risk of hypertension due to sitting more than7 hours per day is 10.034 times that of sitting less than 3 hours(95% CI:3.056,32.942);the frequency of egg intake 4-6 days per week is suffering from hypertension The disease risk is 2.125 times less than 2 days a week(95% CI:1.038,4.346),the frequency of egg intake more than 6 days a week is 2.984 times less than 2 days a week(95%CI:1.448,6.151).(2)Estradiol has a direct effect on female hypertension(P < 0.05);estradiol affects female hypertension indirectly by affecting Hcy,with an indirect effect of-0.053(P<0.05);estradiol affects women indirectly by affecting renal function For hypertension, the indirect effect is-0.027(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The results suggest that high levels of estradiol, high exercise frequency, long sleep time, high frequency of soy products intake are protective factors for female hypertension, high Cys C level, high Hcy level,BMI High, long sit-in time, high frequency of egg intakeare risk factors for female hypertension.(2)The results suggest that estradiol is a direct protective factor for female hypertension, and it also becomes an indirect protective factor for female hypertension by inhibiting Hcy or protecting renal function.
