Traditional Commercial District Landscape Environment Updated Design

The environment landscape of traditional commerce block is an important type of urban landscape which reflecting the development about city society and cultural level. It not only the space of consumption, but also people's public space and communication places. Walking in the traditional commercial block has become an urban life of leisure, attract people's attention and welcome. The landscape environment neighborhood to improve the urban environmental quality, reveal the urban context characteristics, improve the urban landscape has great significance. No doubt, traditional commercial block landscape renewal design is an important subject of urban landscape reconstruction in China currently. But the existing retrofit practice often due to a lack of the guide from urban renewal design, it entered a constructive vicious cycle of destruction, pay more attention to the number and speed of landscape update and neglect it culture breeding and humanistic care essence, and leads to the traditional commercial block of regional weakening.In this context, the article start from the angle of landscape design, guide with urban design and urban updated theory, use landscape design principle analysis the successful case of traditional commercial block. This paper, taking commercial block of Qingdao Zhongshan road as an example, in-depth analysis and research the situation of traditional commerce, point out the update strategy of traditional commercial block.The content divided into four chapters:Chapter 1 introduces the background,basic theories,object and range,dissertation'S study.Chapter 2 briefly reviews the development situation of China's traditional commercial blocks, and analyses the typical of traditional commercial street gain experience.Chapter 3 emphasizes commercial block names Zhongshan road as an example start from landscape design, analysis the spatial relations and block landscape elements.Chapters 4 is the emphasis content of this paper, based on front analysis, summarizes the updated design strategies and methods of traditional commercial block landscape from environmental space relation and landscape elements two aspects.
