Research On The Renewal Of Traditional Rural Settlements In Xun Yi County From The Perspective Of Industrial Transformation

Under the background of rural urbanization in Xunyi County,the industry is in a critical period of transformation and development.With the rapid development of economy and the adjustment of industrial structure,traditional rural settlements cannot adapt to modern production and lifestyle,and rural planning lacks scientific guidance.Problems such as poor environmental quality in rural settlements and imperfect rural infrastructure have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,exploring the urban renewal space renewal model in the Xunyi area under the background of industrial transformation has become an urgent problem to be solved.Located in the northern part of the plateau,Xunyi has a long history and profound cultural heritage.It also faces many problems such as ecosystem imbalance and social and economic backwardness.Under the realistic background of industrial transformation,how to coordinate the intrinsic relationship between rural settlement development and natural environmental resources,and to explore the model suitable for the renewal and development of traditional rural settlement space in this region has important research significance.By reviewing and summarizing the theoretical and practical results of rural settlement research and rural industry research,this paper comprehensively uses the relevant knowledge of planning,architecture,economics and sociology to select traditional rural settlements in Xunyi as the main research object.Analyze the intrinsicrelationship between the development of traditional rural settlement space and the transformation of industrial structure,and actively explore the rural settlement space renewal model led by characteristic industries.At the same time,through the use of literature review method,field survey method,in-depth interview method,questionnaire survey method,inductive deduction method and other methods to improve the research of this paper.Firstly,the paper selects the Xunyi area for investigation and analysis,and selects typical traditional rural settlements in Xunyi area as the research object.Under the background of industrial transformation,the core problems,settlement form characteristics and culture existed in the process of rural settlement development in Xunyi County.Analysis of characteristics,economic characteristics and ecological characteristics.On this basis,the factors affecting the evolution of traditional rural settlements in the region are mainly industrial resource elements,rural tourism development factors,rural social economic factors,and historical and cultural elements.Then,it summarizes the impact of industrial transformation on the spatial distribution,scale,spatial form and cultural characteristics of rural settlements,and analyzes the main problems in the rural settlement space renewal during industrial transformation,including lack of scientific planning guidance and lack of regional characteristics of new residential buildings.The problem of serious urbanization and waste,delayed economic development,single industrial form,inconvenient road traffic,and lack of infrastructure.Finally,two typical traditional rural settlements are selected as research objects.According to the problems existing in the development of the village,the relationship between industrial layout and rural settlement space renewal is studied.Two development modes are proposed,namely,culture respectively.Tourism is the dominant and the rural settlement space dominated by the modern agricultural science and technology demonstration zone,looking for the influencing factors of different industries on the settlement of the settlement space,and exploring the traditional rural settlement space pattern in the Xunyi area during the industrial transformation period.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1)The renewal of traditional rural settlement space in Xunyi area should be oriented towards the modern industrial renewal,upgrade and optimize the characteristicindustry,gradually develop in the direction of industrial integration,and promote the coordinated development of the Xunyi region's economy and new rural construction.2)Through in-depth analysis of rural settlements in Xunyi area,planning from different angles,including rural settlement planning,industrial layout planning,residential courtyard design,etc.,to ensure the scientific and reasonable renewal of rural settlement space.3)Solve the serious problem of rural settlement and waste by scientifically and rationally utilizing abandoned traditional dwellings and optimizing industrial structure,and reduce waste of rural land resources.4)Combining the rural settlements in Xunyi area,two new development models are proposed,namely,the settlement of cultural and tourism-oriented settlements and the settlement of settlements based on modern agricultural production parks.
